For hungry campers and cottagers alike

Yields4 Servings

 2 Crescent rolls (you know the ones in the tube)
 4 Italian Sausages cut into 4 equal pieces ( you pick how spicy you want)
 ½ cup Grated cheddar cheese (or your personal favourite)
 1 Beaten in small bowl or cup
For Dipping
 ½ cup Campground Gourmet “Bring on the Heat” Hot Garlic Mustard
 ½ cup Campground Gourmet Kampground or Kottage Ketchup

Cook the sausage pieces in a bit of water to render the fat and cook without browning.

When cooked, place on paper towel to dry them and cool.

Remove the dough from the cans and separate into triangles. Put piece of sausage at the wide end of the dough and top with some grated cheese and roll to seal them.

Place on a cookie sheet then brush each roll with some of the beaten egg.

Bake at 375º F for about 10-13 minutes (until golden brown)

Remove and plate and serve immediately with the “Bring on the Heat” and “Kampground Ketchup”
