 4 Poached eggs
 4 Campground or Cottage Gourmet ‘Who Woulda Thought’ Smoky Asparagus Antipasto (Leave at room temperature to increase flavour)

Cook your poached eggs any method you prefer but make sure the yolks will be nice and runny.

Spread the ‘Who Woulda Thought’ Smoky Asparagus Antipasto over the toasted muffin halves or toast. Top with poached eggs.
