Just because you’re at the cottage, doesn’t mean it’s all beans!

Yields4 Servings

 10 Mini Brie (These are sold in mesh sack like other mini cheeses, usually 5 to a sack)
 1 Crescent rolls
 1 Beaten
 1 Campground or Cottage Gourmet ‘Shoulda Bought 2” Signature Red Pepper Jelly

Spread out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured cutting board. Roll with a rolling pin so you have a sheet approximately 10” wide.

Cut into 10 equal sized squares. Place a mini brie in the middle of each square. fold each corner to the centre of the cheese and twist to seal the dough into tiny parcels.
Do this for all 10 squares of dough.

Place each parcel onto a cookie sheet sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Brush each with the beaten egg.

Cook in oven at 375º F for about 15 minutes. Remove when golden brown and plate.
